To move your license over to a new machine, you need to login to the Account Portal, delete the machine, then activate the new machine using your credentials

How to Transfer your License to a New Machine
1. Visit your Account Portal
2. Select My Account
3. View your Registered Machines
4. Delete the machine you no longer wish to keep active
5. Open Visio or PowerPoint, toggle on Pro Quick Draw and Relicense Your Machine(s)
