How to Manage My Active Licenses

If you have a team account with multiple licensed machines, you can see which ones are actively licensed in the Customer Portal, as well as delete machines to free up space for more

  • Visit the Account Portal to access your account
  • Enter your Pro Quick Draw Credentials
  • Go to My Account and view your registered machines
  • Delete the machine(s) you no longer wish to have active - this will free up spots for new machines

Note: if a computer has recently been re-imaged, that will populate as a different machine

  • Return to Visio or PowerPoint, toggle on Pro Quick Draw and license new machines.
