How to Manage My Active Licenses
If you have a team account with multiple licensed machines, you can see which ones are actively licensed in the Customer Portal, as well as delete machines to free up space for more
- Visit the Account Portal to access your account
- Enter your Pro Quick Draw Credentials
- Go to My Account and view your registered machines
- Delete the machine(s) you no longer wish to have active - this will free up spots for new machines

Note: if a computer has recently been re-imaged, that will populate as a different machine
- Return to Visio or PowerPoint, toggle on Pro Quick Draw and license new machines.
