      Installing Pro Quick Draw for a Staff

      If you have multiple licenses under one account, you have one set of credentials for the staff

      Step 1: Login to Account Portal

      • Once you (the account holder) have established your credentials, login to the Account Portal  on the new machine.
      • Click on My Account to ensure you have available licenses 

      Step 2: Download Pro Quick Draw

      • In the Account Portal, select ‘Download Pro Quick Draw’ from the Downloads tab

      Alternate Option: Drop proquickdrawsetup.MSI or proquickdraw.exe file from the first computer onto a team server that everyone can access from there

      Step 3: Install Pro Quick Draw


      • In the Downloads folder of your PC, select ‘ProQuickDraw.exe’ and install the software

      ⚠️ If your team network or anti-virus software is blocking downloads, please contact your IT solutions or school administrator. 

      Step 4: Activate Your License

      1. After successfully downloading PQD, open Microsoft Powerpoint 
      2. Open a Blank Presentation (or a Blank Drawing in Visio)
      3. On the PQD Home toolbar, select the Licensing Button (wrench icon)

      4.  Enter the username and password you created in the customer portal

      • Select Activate
