When you have an error, submitting a log file to PQD allows us to diagnose the problem more accurately

How to find and submit Log File to Pro Quick Draw

 

Logs can be located at the following path on your computer:

C:\ProgramData\ProQuickDraw\Log

The files will look similar to this:
log files
Please gather these files and attach them in an email to the PQD team member you are working with or email to support@proquickdraw.com

Note: If your computer has the files hidden, you can uncheck a box to show the files. From File Manager, click View then click the Hidden Items Checkbox so there is a check mark in it.
