If the error message of the path, file name, or both is too long - you will need to shorten the path or the file name.
Important: Microsoft will only allow the name of a file or the path to contain 248 characters. You will need to decrease the amount of characters in the file path.
Check the number of folders and length of folder names when you create a file. Each time you create a folder within a folder within a folder, characters are added to the file path.
Example:
C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\ProQuickDraw4\Sample Library\POWERPOINT SAMPLES\02 - Offense\02 - OFFENSIVE FORMATIONS\text text text text text\text text text text text\text text text text text\text text text text text\text text text text text\TRIPS RT GUN FAR.pptx
