This error message occurs when you try to open a file in your Master Library and it's already open either on your computer or someone else's computer, if it's in a shared drive.
ERROR:
Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from RESULT: 0x80070020).
- If you select on a drawing with a squiggly line next to it -- that means it is open somewhere else and can't be opened with Pro Quick Draw
- FIX THIS ERROR: by exiting out of the drawing file that is open. Then you are able to use the Master Library to Edit the file or build off of it using Save As.
