      I am unable to view my Templates in the drop-down

      The templates may be located in a different folder than they were previously, or the folder associated with your template dropdown may have been changed.

      To reconnect your templates to their original location in your file explorer, follow these steps:

      • In the home tab of Visio or PowerPoint, toggle on the PQD toolbar

      • Find the Page Templates section of the PQD toolbar
      • Click the Dialog Box Launcher (small box with arrow)

      • This will open the folder structure. Open the folder where your templates are located.

       

      By default, templates are located at this file path: Documents/Proquickdraw4/Templates/PowerPoint (or Visio)

       

      • Select the Landscape 16-9 templates

      • Choose Select Folder and now your templates will show in the drop-down

      Caution:  If you're using PowerPoint, your templates must extract from the PowerPoint folder. You can't use Visio files in PowerPoint, or PowerPoint files in Visio.
